Includes affirmations. Please note: The person taking the oath or affirmation must be physically present before the agent. Oaths and affirmations may not be administered remotely by phone or email. Please inquire if you are not sure which verbal service you may need. Proper ID must be available. Certificate to Deposition is available for $7. May include $35 mobility fee.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1-2 hours in advance. Failure to notify agent within designated time frame will result in the forfeit of deposit funds and a 2% involuntary cancellation fee.
