What we do?
A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who is specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents. For lenders, Notary Signing Agents are the critical final link to complete the loan. A Notary Signing Agent is hired as an independent contractor to ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized and returned for processing on time. Completing this critical part of the loan process enables the loan to be funded.
NSA Certification
Our Signing Agents are all certified by the National Notary Association and have passed all industry required background checks and properly screened.
Insured & Bonded
Our notaries carry Notary errors and omissions (E&O) insurance policy to cover against damages resulting from unintentional mistakes. Our Signing Agents carry a minimum Notary E&O policy of $25,000.
Electronic Documents
or "E-Docs"
We accept "E-Docs" via email, a secured server, or any other electronic method(s) your company chooses. This service includes printing documents, incurred costs of the printer, consumables (paper & toner), and the time it takes to print large files. We accept requests up until 2hrs before signing appointment.
Electronic Documents Fee: $25*
Shipping Documents
Our reliable and prompt courier services will ensure proper record keeping of all packages sent. The shipping tracking number will be included in the correspondence confirming the shipment is completed. Shipping envelopes & pre-addressed airbills are to be provided by the Signing Service or Closing Agent.
* A Premium Fee of an additional $50 may be charged for last minute requests.
